The first one is basically a large list of rules of conduct and advises to the Prince in order he can become in the near future into a peaceful, wise and fair King. It's a large moral sermon based on what to accept and what to reject and how the king should conduct toward his people and servants.The second chapter is a description of the complete Bodhisattva path. Starting with Refuge, Bodhicitta, the Six Perfections, ending with explanation of the Three Kayas. Shamatha and vipashyana are mentioned also.To sum up nothing new is added in this book and the same material is founded in almost each book of tibetan Buddhism (except in a more modern practical way).I think the content will work for newcomers to Buddhism, middle level practitioners or more will find it redundant and unnecessary. The crystal clear commentary of H.H. Gongma Rinpoche makes the text understandable and richer.
