Not very good. Story is ok, zombies and people build time machines simultaneously and let the chaos begin. But this isn't a great story. Better out there.
My six year old who is obsessed with this game loves this book. I wanted to encourage more reading and less tablet time and this did the trick. I wound up buying another three of these books from the series. When we're not reading it together I catch him just flipping through the pages looking at it on his own.
My boys have devoured this book and are begging for more. Are the literary masterpieces? Well, no. But let’s be real- anything that gets kids reading is worth it these days. The artis super fun, too.colorful and well drawn. My 7 and 10 year old sons LOVED it. I will be getting them the rest.
This was a great birthday present for an elementary and even possibly middle school student. The bright vibrant pictures and funny story lines keep the fun alive in reading.

My son woke me up at 11pm asking if he could turn on the light and read his book. Hes been though it alot and there aren't many words but hey. A 2nd greater who wants to read.
My son (7yr) loves this series of books. Always catch him reading, and have to make him to turn out the light before bed.
