While the content on the cars is quite good, the format needs a revamp. I see no reason to make these cards so large. It would be much better if they were more like nice playing cards - smaller and sturdier with rounded corners - so you could keep one in a pocket throughout the day to think about.

I've used these cards with individual clients to spark discussion, as well as in therapy groups. I even used them with a teen group and they responded very positively.

We’re there free for a reviewing? Almost 16 bucks! And these cards are in a flip top box, like regular playing cards. Cheaply made, mine have a wave bend in the whole decks. Card stock at best...don’t waste your money.

As a psychotherapist that leads at least four groups weekly, these cards are utilized frequently. I love them as do my clients. They provide easy to discuss topics and also helps clients identify feelings that may be self defeating- Great product!

These are fabulous! I just gave them to a friend for her birthday and we sat around the dinner table reading the cards and sharing our thoughts. The author Christopher Willard is a wonderful psychologist! I’m taking his online mindfulness course now and loving it! Way to go Dr. Willard!

I love these cards, very thoughtful. I always seem to chose the right card for the moment. Highly recommend for self or as a gift.
